Thursday October 13, 2005

I have to be honest I am not 100% sure if the old site was CSS or not but the new version of Dabs.com certainly is, good news!

It’s not perfect yet, but it’s a hell of a load better than it was. It’s almost a pleasure to use now.

Very Ebuyer[esque] and so much better (than the old one that is not Ebuyer, which has had a lovely usable standards based layout for ages.), I remember reading that the old one cost them £250,000 to build I wonder what this one was.

And those validity icons fit so well into the site, (not), Bold statement.

haha it looks a bit like EBuyer, (which is normally cheaper than dabs) They have had a loverly standards site for a while now, which I could speak so hightly about their customer service.

Yeah I spotted that the other day…..(but I didn’t want to mention it because I thought I’d be a bit sad for declaring that I was browsing Dabs!)
